Excellent service. After ordering tires online, I brought my rims in one-by-one as I was doing major service on my vehicle. Tires were mounted & balanced in no time.

Burbank Tire Pros always takes good care of me. They have serviced my last three cars. I had a nail today in the rear passenger side and they fixed it for free. When I got these tires from them a few years ago, it was from a blowout and they had to order the tires I needed. While I waited for that tires to come in, they even put a loaner tires on my rim so I could drive for a few days to and from work. This goes to show the quality of customer service and why I will keep coming back to this location.

I've been a loyal customer with TirePros for 20+ years. From day one when I met Harry who is part owner with his brother, Harry has always been a knowledgeable and fair person. In many cases willing to make things even better to help. I appreciate the customer service from all the staff, they do everything possible to give you the best price with the best service and repair. Many of my family & friends use TirePros, no reason to look elsewhere!

My daughter (Kim Flores) is a long time customer and suggested that I go to Tire Pros. She works with Brandon. I was thoroughly satisfied with my visit today and Leo was the best! San Dimas Tire Pros has always been great when doing any of their services whether it be changing tires, shocks or just a simple oil change. They never pressure you to do a more expensive option but give all details on all the choices you have.

Great customer service!! Fast, professional, and honest. Nice, clean shop too. I went in to have my tire repaired because there was a nail it. I learned that Burbank Tire Pros also provides automotive repair service as well -- not just tire service. I'll definitely go back to them if/when I need auto repair service.
